Please take notice that the Board of Directors has scheduled the annual meeting of MAMA, the McKinley Anchorage & Moorage Association, Inc., to commence at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 19, 2011 at the Milwaukee Yacht Club Boathouse (the smaller clubhouse adjacent to the pool and lifting crane), 1700 N. Lincoln Memorial Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53202.

The Agenda includes: (1) Annual Election of the Board of Directors, which is currently composed of Eugene J. Cramer, J. Mark Greene, and John D. Uelmen; (2) Annual Report by Officers and Directors; and (3) General Discussion of Winter Pole Changeover, Mooring Registration, Mooring Availability and Waiting List Programs.

All Members and other interested parties are invited to attend this meeting; however, only Members are entitled to vote.
